Getting Started

How do I book a service?

Booking is easy! Visit our Services page, select the service you need (Driver, Maid, or Cook), choose your preferred date and time, provide your address details, and complete the booking. You will receive confirmation within minutes.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, creating an account helps us provide a better experience. You can sign up with your phone number and verify with OTP. This allows us to save your preferences, booking history, and ensure secure payments.

What cities do you operate in?

We are currently serving Kolkata with plans to expand to more cities across India soon.

Services

Are your providers verified?

Absolutely! Every provider undergoes thorough background verification including identity checks, address verification, and criminal record checks. We also conduct skill assessments before onboarding.

How are service charges calculated?

Charges vary by service type and duration. Drivers are charged hourly (₹299/hr), Maids (₹199/hr), and Cooks (₹399/hr). Prices may vary slightly based on your city and specific requirements.

Can I request the same provider again?

Yes! If you liked a particular provider, you can request them for your next booking. We will try our best to accommodate, subject to their availability.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a nominal fee of 10% of the booking amount.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For cancelled bookings, refunds are automatic. For disputes, our team reviews and processes within 48 hours.

Safety & Support

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any service, please report it within 24 hours. We offer free re-service or full refunds based on the situation.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your data is never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
